Floating Solutions for Clean Water
CLEAR BlueTech is developing a floating photocatalytic module that uses nothing but sunlight to break down the pharmaceuticals, pesticides and PFAS that conventional water treatment leaves behind.
The problem
0%of water treated
100%contaminated with pharmaceuticals, pesticides and PFAS
56%of water treated
under 40%of micropollutants removed

How CLEAR works
It works wherever sunlight reaches, with near-zero operating costs.
It installs in five minutes, with no construction work and no infrastructure.
Micropollutants are degraded and mineralised, unlike membranes, activated carbon and advanced oxidation.
CLEAR spheres regenerate easily, with minimal maintenance cost.
Research and proof of concept ran from 2022 to 2025 and the feasibility study is complete. Validation in a real environment is the work of 2026, and market entry is planned for 2028.
